What amenities are offered at City Lodge Hotels?
This varies per hotel brand and location. Please visit www.citylodgehotels.com to see a list of the amenities at each hotel. For example, our high speed complimentary Wi-Fi, secure parking, and 24-hour reception service are common at all our hotels. However, not all our hotels offer boardrooms.
What is the check-in/check-out time at City Lodge Hotels?
Thank you for 'Checking into Easy.' Our check-in time is 14:00 and check-out is at 11:00. We will, however, keep your booking for you until 16:00.
Does City Lodge Hotels offer special rates or discounts for extended stays or group bookings?
Please check our website at www.citylodgehotels.com/specials for our latest promotions and discounts. We also have a special on the last Friday of every month called 'WOZA Friday' where you are able to forward book and get huge discounts. Group bookings for 10 people or more enjoy an additional discount - please email us on info@citylodgehotels.com for a quote.
Are pets allowed at City Lodge Hotels?
As much as we love our furry friends we do not accommodate any pets other than service dogs.
How do I make changes to or cancel my reservation at City Lodge Hotels?
You are able to make changes or cancel your reservation on our website or by calling the relevant hotel and quoting your reservation number.
Does City Lodge Hotels accommodate special dietary requirements or preferences?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate a range of dietary requirements. Please make our team aware at check-in and even if we need to order in a special meal, we will do that.
Is there a loyalty program for frequent guests at City Lodge Hotels?

Do you cater for walk-in guests?
Yes we do, provided there is a room available.

Most of our specials are applicable at Road Lodges at a 10% discount on Best Available Rate (BAR). Please read the Terms and Conditions for each special offer to check before booking.
Do you have boardrooms / meeting rooms available, if yes what are the terms?
Yes we do. We are happy to quote you at the hotel that you would like to visit and the terms and rates vary depending on your requirements e.g. catering.

How do I cancel a booking?
Log in to your profile at www.citylodgehotels.com. You will be able to cancel your booking under the MANAGE BOOKINGS button on the top right of the screen.
What time is breakfast in the morning?
Our popular breakfast buffets are served daily. Weekday hours are typically 6:30am to 10:00am, while weekends run from 7:00am to 10:30am. Some hotels may offer extended breakfast hours, or a Breakfast Box to be packed for your takeaway convenience - please check with your hotel for availability and more information.
Do you accommodate guests in wheelchairs?
Yes, all our hotels offer select rooms designed for guests with physical disabilities. For specific room features and accessibility details, please contact the hotel directly.
Do you have vending machines for snacks and drinks available after hours?
Most of our hotels have convenient vending machines near reception for snacks and drinks. Please chat with our friendly front office team for more details.
Do you have a cot, minibar fridge, sleeper sofa, or iron and ironing board available?
We offer a range of extra items if needed. Please check with reception or reservations when booking to see what is available at your hotel.
Do your hotels have restaurants?
Yes, all our hotels have in-house restaurants serving delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Enjoy a wide variety of brand-specific dishes, including hearty and light, hot and cold, sweet and savoury options. If you have special dietary requirements, please let the hotel know at the time of booking.
Do you have bottled water in the rooms?
To reduce single-use plastic, we don’t provide bottled water in the rooms. Instead, a Hydration Station near reception offers free magnesium-enriched water, both chilled and at room temperature - fill your reusable bottle or buy one from reception. Glasses are also available for your convenience, and regular bottled water may be purchased from our restaurant should you prefer.

Yes, we work with trusted external transfer service providers. Please contact the hotel reservations team in advance, and they will gladly assist with quotes and bookings, with the cost for the guest’s own account.
